While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its threshold was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

From the moment I walked in , it was evident that hygiene was not a priority at this venue. The floors were sticky , and a foul smell of old alcohol and filthy restrooms filled the entire bar .
